Any segment of this policy does not provide an endowment of any right to transmit or send e-mails to or through our network or services, it may instead lead to civil and criminal penalties. At Host Preneur, we do not allow you to put in chat rooms on your website. Since these chat rooms tend to be in the form of heavy system hogs, we do not enable you to access them as an associate account choice on our shared hosting solutions.
We always retain backup copies of the customers’ data stored on our servers for any kind of recovery purposes. Nevertheless, the backup availability is not guaranteed and we would not be, in any case, responsible for any kind of data loss. It facilitates them to apply for the refund or cancellation of the services within 30 days of the payment date. HOST PRENEUR disclaims any warranty, merchantability including the loss of data resulting from delays, server malfunctions, missed backups, non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, and any or all service interruptions caused by any of our proprietors and their employees.
HOST PRENEUR reserves the right to alter, change, or modify any provision of this terms of service agreement at any time, with or without any prior notice to the customers.
